Title: .5 roller grabbing

tonight when i was using my. 5 roller it wanted to stop on me.  Like it didnt want to roll on my face.  I ran hot water over it and that helped.  Is it time to repace it?  The needles seem fine.  I cant remb how long ive had it but i bought a 1.5 at the same time

You bought it July 16, 2012, together with a 1.5 mm roller and some other items. It is definitely time to replace it. .

When this happens with a new roller we replace it free of charge.
