Title: Betadine Use?

From reading here, it seems that using Betadine with a 1.5 mm roller is best. All the directions call for it to be left on the skin for 3-4 minutes, and then removed with tap water. But then the skin will be dripping wet. I am hesitant to towel dry my skin - how do I dry the skin in a sanitary way, immediately prior to rolling? Thank you.

If you wait a little, that water will evaporate from your face by itself. You can also start dermarolling while still wet.
