Ok, so i have both sizes. If i do the 1.5 every 3-4 weeks i can still use the .5 in the same week as i do the 1.5 or is it best to wait a week after a 1.5 roll and then ok to do .5 two times in those weeks in between the 1.5 rolls? Hope i didnt make my? more confusing than needed!

Yes, you can still use the 0.5 mm dermaroller the same week. Wait approximately three days after using the 1.5 mm.
