Just wondering if one should wait a while before needling a new scar? One scab fell off from a pimple and left a scar. I want to needle it but was wondering if I should wait.

Hi Sarah, just wondering if the copper peptide serum can be used as a regular moisturizer?  I needle only once a month and need something to moisturize with but infadolan is too thick for my skin,

Hello Sarah

So I have had moderate success with the dermastamp but think will achieve more with single needles, as I will be able to really maneuver around the scars. I read that the needles will be available before December so that is great.

I was wondering if there is some combination therapy that can be done with the single needling? I hear many people dermaroll after they needle. Is that an added benefit?

Another question I have is should I single needle after getting fillers for my scars or should no?

Lastly, I have a question about the copper peptitide serum. Is it helpful for removing discoloration of scars? I cannot use Retin-A as my face breaks out and flakes too much so was wonder if the peptide would be an ideal solution.

Hey Sarah

I have a scar on my eyebrow and have sparse hair on it in general. I was wonderng in dermarolling with a 0.5 or 0.25 needle would stimulate hair growth for it? Also maybe applying rogaine afterwards?

Dermarolling / Microneedling / Dermarolling and LED lights

I just wanted to bring light to this method that some people used on another site and claimed results from it. Sarah do you think there is actual science backing this? LED lights are suppose to help heal wounds and needling does technically create wounds so it makes sense. I wonder if the results from skin needling would substantially increase if LED lights are included into the regimen..

Dermarolling / Microneedling / Replacement for single needles

Hi Sarah

I understand you are out of single needles so I was wondering if there is any replacement product I can use? Can I sterile the thin sewing needling and prick my stretchmarks wiith it? I am not seeing much progress with just a roller and it has been 4 months so should I just continue rolling or add something new?

And I must say that there was no pinpoint bleeding or even prolonged redness. It was red for  half an hour or so and now it looks normal.. and I rolling to softly? I am using a 1.5 roller.

Should I be rolling with more pressure? I can definetly handle the pain because I didn't feel much.

I am doing microdermabrasion every 2 weeks. Is it safe to stamp some scars on my face in between?

Also, does anyone here use polysporin or any other anti bacterial cream after stamping to avoid infection or am I too paranoid?
