Weird black bump right after single needling stretchmark

I am not sure if that is just brusing because I needled too deep or an infection/virus.. please let me know asap and tell me if I need medical attention

That's just a tiny bruise - this can happen occasionally on thin skin. It is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
