I use nizoral shampoo once a week on my face to prevent seborrheic dermatitis to break out. Since Nizoral acts as an anti-inflammatory will this interfere with the wound healing process?

What should be avoided is applying very strong anti-inflammatories right after dermarolling. Some hours later or a day later is already OK.
