Title: exercising between body dermarolling sessions...?
Post by: newgrl on July 10, 2013, 03:45:48 AM
Hello, just received my dermaroller and stamp few days ago and want to start the therapy in august, however I have a great concern about my daily workout while doing the dermarolling.
I will roll my hips, thighs and back of legs (stretch marks problem) so I wonder if all the sweat I get every day (6 days out of 7) combined with the effort won't be a problem for my wounds after dermarolling.
Should I stop exercising for 2-3 days after the sessions...? I will dermaroll with 1.5mm only once a month and probably dermastamp in between as you adviced.

My reply applies only to the day of dermaneedling. A day after is already OK for sports, provided you do not get the treated area full of mud or other dirt and there will be no repeated strong friction in the treated area.

I go to the gym day in and day out with no problems whatsoever. The next the day the treated area will be hot and red, but that´s it.

When using retin-a on a daily basis, certain areas may hurt because of the constant skin contact (inner thighs with scrotum, under arms with lats, etc). Infadolan will fix this issue for me.
