I used to sleep on my stomach. So my smile line is more noticeable than other people. I am hoping dermarolling my skin will help. I am just wondering with my problem should I start with a 0.5, 1 or 1.5mm needle? Also is that OK if I share the roller with my husband? Because I want to use it on his head with Minoxidil. Thank you!

Do you mean the lines in this photo?

The nasolabial fold is addressed here:

It needs longer needles than 0.5 mm You should either use the single needles (you will need a numbing cream I think) or use a NARROW 1.5 mm dermaroller.
No, it is not possible to share the roller with anybody due to hygienic concerns. A 1.5 mm dermaroller sometimes causes pinpoint bleeding. It is like any other needle - needles should not be shared.
Not even short-needled dermarollers can be shared.
Regarding dermarolling with Minoxidil, please read my forum postings about it here:

Hi Sarah
Thank you for your kind reply. I am very chicken so I think I will start with a 0.5mm roller before I have a go with the 1.5mm for overall maintenance. Because I am worry about the side effects from the numbing cream so I will use ice pack instead. BTW, you are like a beauty dictionary to me. I found a lot of information in your forum. Thank you again :o
