Title: Skin not flaking after .5 dermarolling

Hello, Sarah! 

I purchased a 0.5 Dr. Roller clone from you and have used it twice so far. My skin flushes after using it and remains a little flushed the following morning.  I have seen maybe only one evidence of spotting while using it.

My question is:  Your site says that I should see some flaking of dead skin a day or so after use. I haven't seen any of that and I am wondering if I need to use a different needle size. Is flaking the evidence of skin renewal, or is it fine not to see it after microneedling with a 0.5 roller?

Everything you describe is normal. The skin is not always visibly peeling after dermarolling. When the skin turns red after demarolling, it means the intended processes were triggered.
