Title: Acne scars on cheeks
Post by: mickeymouse on January 12, 2012, 06:36:07 PM
Hello there. I have a few questions about how to beat my acne scars and stretch marks.

A few years ago I was on Accutane to improve my cystic acne which worked but left me with acne scars. It seems I keep getting more also.. I posted a few pictures of them hopefully you can give me some advice thanks!

As for my SM's they are located in my inner upper thigh/ back of my legs. there are a few long ones about 3inches long running down the back of my legs

Your question was already answered in your forum posting from November 2011.

The type of scars you have would definitely benefit from using a 1.5 mm dermastamp:

Accutane thins the skin, which can negatively affect healing.  Anyone who has used Accutane in the past has to be careful about invasive facial procedures. Always do a test patch to find out how it heals.
