Can I use the needle dermaroller once every 3 weeks, but still use the .5mm dermaroller 2x/week as well or is it too much or should they not be used together?

Yes, you can use a 0.5 mm dermaroller in between the once-every-three-week rolls with long needles.

I already had purchased from you the 1.5mm dermastamp so what should I do then?  How should I use it together with the 1.5mm single needle?   Is the 1.5mm dermastamp too heavy?  Here I attach photo taken in natural daylight, no makeup.
