Title: Dermarolling Needle Length and Homemade Constituents
Post by: smokedluke on September 13, 2013, 05:26:06 PM
Hi Ms. Vaughter,  ???

I purchased your dermaroller some time ago, and was given a tiny slip of paper with  a website for instructions, which I've lost.

I have the 1.5 dermaroller, which I purchased for aging.  I was advised by someone that the shorter lengths were good for product absorption, but a longer needle was needed to penetrate a layer that would stimulate collagen directly, and that I could insert the needles 'part way'.  I wanted both, but now have trepidation.

The other thing is I wanted to use an acid-based form of C in mild concentration, maybe 6% in a base of green tea with matcha at maximum saturation, and follow up with hemp seed oil an hour later for the tocotrienal activity.   I'll use retin-a and roship seed oil between treatments.

I just wondered if you had any wisdom against this, I believed if I used the tea right away, I could mix C into it without concern of the metals binding, etc-

Thank you so much, I am excited to use your product!
