MRS. VAUGHTER on the 1.5 dermaroller,can it be used by anyone or is it only by licenced professionals,please give me your feedback  & can anybody sell them. thank you sinceraly happy.

Anyone can sell and anyone can buy and safely use a 1.5 mm dermaroller, as long as you follow our dermarolling instructions.
