Title: single needle - having a hard time
Post by: fulloflove2 on July 13, 2011, 07:28:02 PM
It seems like in some spots the needle will barely go through my skin.  Why is this.  I push hard but still its hard to get through my skin.  Does this make sense?  How far apart should you prick your skin?

The skin is a very tough organ because it has to protect us. If you needle scars, it is even harder to penetrate that skin than non-scarred skin. You should soften the skin before needling. It will help a little.

  My answer is number 3:

Im needling pitted scars from acne and lasers.  Should there be bleeding afterwards?

There is usually some pinpoint bleeding with the single needle but it doesn't always occur.
