HI, my girlfriend has spots of hemosiderin post lipo  can use the Dermaroller safely on the zone? The stain no worse? Thank you.

Hemosiderin stains appear after bleeding and they will disappear by themselves when the skin trauma from liposuction is completely healed. Dermarolling will not make the stain worse but do not use a dermaroller until everything is completely healed and the stains are gone.

my girlfriend wants to treat stretch marks on the side where there is a patch of hemosiderin(is eager to treat it,liipo 5 months ago)

 can do?there are risks? than you  very much and sorry for my english

If the liposuction was five months ago then it is OK to use a dermaroller on the area, in spite of the remaining stains.
