Title: Raised acne scars
Post by: luka on May 28, 2012, 07:04:57 PM
Hi there,

Recently I bought a dermaroller with some infadolan and vitamin c in order to treat some of my acne scars. I was wondering can a 1 mm dermaroller be used to treat raised acne scars? I have them on my back and they are of same colour as my skin its just they are raised (they look like small blisters). Also it would be helpful if you have any specific tips for that type of scars.

Thanks in advance,

Luka

Yes, I think rolling it with a 1 mm dermaroller is a good idea and it will likely help if you have patience to roll, long-term.

If you do not get any results in a few months and you have someone to help you, buy a 1.5 mm dermastamp and spot-treat the scars with the stamp.

Why dermarolling works on raised scars? Please read my reply #4:
