Title: First time rolling scars

And I must say that there was no pinpoint bleeding or even prolonged redness. It was red for  half an hour or so and now it looks normal.. and I rolling to softly? I am using a 1.5 roller.

Should I be rolling with more pressure? I can definetly handle the pain because I didn't feel much.

Please try your roller on the inside of your forearm and tell me whether the skin looks similar to these photos of a freshly rolled thigh:
