I have what I guess are called hooded eyes. The skin above my eye that is not necessarily the skin of my eye lid actually covers the eye and begins to cover my eye lashes. Terrible I know. This skin is not very elastic, rather thin and droopy. Can rolling improve the collagen in this area? What type of technique should be used? frequency/depth/ointment? Also I'm smiling in that picture and that expresses my crows feet on the corners of my eyes, they are not very noticeable when not smiling. Would rolling help here? Thank you in advance, this seems like a great product.
