Dermarolling / Microneedling / The best derma rolling for me

Hello!!
I am new in dermarolling and i would like to know what to buy.
I am 32 female and i hate my four head wrinkes that are starting to show. Also i have big pores in my chicks and i have a cirurgical scar in my neck because of an thyroid operation.

I am really doubting oin needling size and so on... And i also dobt jnow what king of skin cream should i use for this...
