I have just asked the manufacturer when they expect to be able to ship the first small batch to us. It seems that what we want is above the level of human technology. I'll get back with their answer.

Today I received this reply:

We have found a new way to produce the needle, we test the samples it seems ok.
We are improving the mold and hope to finish 1000pcs next week, then sterile and send you at 20 Dec.
